He serves a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, home movers, and expats seeking investment opportunities, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
As a skilled protection advisor, Anthony also helps clients with life insurance and protection planning, ensuring their financial security and peace of mind.
At home on the golf course and tennis court, he can also be found in the gym. When not there, Anthony loves to spend time with his family & friends, especially in a pub garden on a summer’s day.
Alex Weldon
Associate Director
With 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Alex has extensive knowledge of the London & wider UK housing markets.
Since joining the finance sector in 2018, he has developed lending expertise and built strong lender relationships, achieving exceptional results for a diverse range of clients, including first-time buyers, portfolio landlords and high net worth individuals.
With a degree in engineering & design, Alex is highly analytical and excels in finding solutions for complex scenarios.
Alex is a dedicated father of two young children who enjoys the occasional round of golf while balancing family life.

Tim is a co-founding partner of Panthera Finance LLP and the company’s principal.
He has 18 years’ extensive experience advising high and ultra-high net worth clients on high-value mortgages. Trusted by the UK’s top lenders, he connects clients with private banks for a holistic financial approach.
With a background as a financial planning consultant for expats in Singapore and many years as a mortgage broker in London, Tim provides mortgage advice in the context of a clients’ broader financial needs.
Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and son when not working and loves to travel and keep fit. He splits his time between London and Liverpool.
Andrew Chalton

In his downtime, Andrew enjoys listening to motivational podcasts, traveling with his fiancée, playing golf, taking long walks with his Golden Retriever and watching his beloved Liverpool FC play at Anfield.
Dan Gracie

With 18 years’ experience as a mortgage broker, Dan now specialises in complex cases and earned the 2023 British Specialist Lending Award for “Broker: Complex Income.”
He has developed strong relationships with lenders, which he leverages to create bespoke solutions for clients who don’t fit traditional criteria.
Dan handles a diverse range of scenarios, including expats, foreign currency income, overseas work, company owners, high net worth individuals, commercial properties and large property portfolios.
Outside work, Dan can usually be found on the tennis court, experimenting with different cuisines in the kitchen, or being a roadie for his drummer son and dancer daughter.
Jason Caprioli
Lending Director
Jason is a partner at Panthera Finance LLP and the company’s principal commercial specialist.
He focuses on securing development debt, long-term finance and equity for residential and commercial projects. With prior experience at major UK banks including Barclays and Coutts, as well as specialist start-ups, Jason excels in finding comprehensive finance solutions.
His close relationships with key lenders & funders and his attention to detail help to facilitate reliable funding decisions early in the process.
Jason is a keen athlete and has completed an Ironman and swum the English Channel. He regularly undertakes challenges to raise funds for both children’s and cancer non-profit organisations.
