He focuses on securing development debt, long-term finance and equity for residential and commercial projects. With prior experience at major UK banks including Barclays and Coutts, as well as specialist start-ups, Jason excels in finding comprehensive finance solutions.
His close relationships with key lenders & funders and his attention to detail help to facilitate reliable funding decisions early in the process.
Jason is a keen athlete and has completed an Ironman and swum the English Channel. He regularly undertakes challenges to raise funds for both children’s and cancer non-profit organisations.
Associate Director
Raju joined the team at Panthera after gaining 8 years’ experience as a structured finance broker.
He has developed a strong reputation for commercial, development and bridging finance, with notable expertise in identifying and sourcing both debt and equity.
Raju excels at creating customised solutions, carefully structuring options to fit each client’s financial circumstances. His attention to detail and tenacity have enabled him to assist in a diverse range of situations.

With 18 years’ experience as a mortgage broker, Dan now specialises in complex cases and earned the 2023 British Specialist Lending Award for “Broker: Complex Income.”
He has developed strong relationships with lenders, which he leverages to create bespoke solutions for clients who don’t fit traditional criteria.
Dan handles a diverse range of scenarios, including expats, foreign currency income, overseas work, company owners, high net worth individuals, commercial properties and large property portfolios.
Outside work, Dan can usually be found on the tennis court, experimenting with different cuisines in the kitchen, or being a roadie for his drummer son and dancer daughter.
