With a background as a financial planning consultant for expats in Singapore and many years as a mortgage broker in London, Tim provides mortgage advice in the context of a clients’ broader financial needs.

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and son when not working and loves to travel and keep fit. He splits his time between London and Liverpool.

Kerrie works closely with brokers and clients to ensure that all aspects of the mortgage journey run smoothly and that regulatory requirements are fully met.

She has over 19 years’ mortgage and investment experience having worked with ANZ Bank, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, and excellent knowledge of market operations from her time with Brevan Howard Asset Management.

Proactive, diligent and organised, Kerrie takes great pride in her varied role and provides invaluable support to our broker team and partners.

A mother to three growing children, Kerrie has a passion for fitness and travel. When she is not hard at work, she can usually be found in the gym, pilates studio or booking a holiday!

Jason is a partner at Panthera Finance LLP and the company’s principal commercial specialist.

He focuses on securing development debt, long-term finance and equity for residential and commercial projects. With prior experience at major UK banks including Barclays and Coutts, as well as specialist start-ups, Jason excels in finding comprehensive finance solutions.

His close relationships with key lenders & funders and his attention to detail help to facilitate reliable funding decisions early in the process.

Jason is a keen athlete and has completed an Ironman and swum the English Channel. He regularly undertakes challenges to raise funds for both children’s and cancer non-profit organisations.

With 18 years’ experience as a mortgage broker, Dan now specialises in complex cases and earned the 2023 British Specialist Lending Award for “Broker: Complex Income.”

He has developed strong relationships with lenders, which he leverages to create bespoke solutions for clients who don’t fit traditional criteria.

Dan handles a diverse range of scenarios, including expats, foreign currency income, overseas work, company owners, high net worth individuals, commercial properties and large property portfolios.

Outside work, Dan can usually be found on the tennis court, experimenting with different cuisines in the kitchen, or being a roadie for his drummer son and dancer daughter.

Rhiannon is an experienced mortgage administrator and broker assistant with a strong background in specialist lending.

She transitioned from business operations in construction to property finance administration and is noted for her efficiency and ability to handle a diverse role.

Rhiannon leverages her extensive knowledge of banks, building societies and niche lenders, and thorough understanding of their systems and processes, to assist our brokers and clients throughout the mortgage journey.

Named after the Fleetwood Mac song, Rhiannon enjoys music, walking her dog, and spending time with family & friends. She loves to travel and has worked at an American summer camp.

Jackson joined Panthera Finance after graduating in Economics from the University of Liverpool. He utilises economic modelling to identify investment opportunities and evaluate their risk and return profiles.

Prior to and during his time at university, he worked as a statistician, providing market leading data to multinational companies, intergovernmental organisations and leading research universities.

With a focus on development finance and commercial lending, Jackson consults on investment analysis for ultra-high net worth individuals.

Jackson has a passion for travel and sport. He dedicated his final summer of university to volunteering as a rugby coach in underprivileged “township” South African schools.

With 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Alex has extensive knowledge of the London & wider UK housing markets.

Since joining the finance sector in 2018, he has developed lending expertise and built strong lender relationships, achieving exceptional results for a diverse range of clients, including first-time buyers, portfolio landlords and high net worth individuals.

With a degree in engineering & design, Alex is highly analytical and excels in finding solutions for complex scenarios.

Lynda is an experienced manager with over 20 years’ experience working in the financial services sector.

A former mortgage broker and sales director, she has established a reputation supporting advisors and firms with compliance and training. Her diverse skill set allows her to look at situations from a uniquely broad perspective and facilitate our brokers in finding effective solutions for our clients.

Lynda’s passion for regulation and commitment to upholding the highest standards is evident in everything that she does within the Panthera team.

In her spare time, Lynda loves cooking and watching her son play football.

As the Head of Insurance at Panthera Finance, Harvey leverages his years of experience in financial services to place clients in the most informed position for their protection needs.

With a background in Economics from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University, he specialises in providing peace of mind for life’s crucial moments.

Harvey is well-versed in a wide range of protection solutions and helps our clients with both their personal and business protection needs.

Outside of work, Harvey enjoys tennis and is a passionate Manchester United supporter. He plays football and actively contributes to charity – he has even donated his hair to the Little Princess Trust. He is a devoted dog owner and has a German Shepherd called Hercules.

Robin has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry, specialising in running and building businesses.

He has extensive experience in Operations, Finance, IT and Regulatory matters and is the COO of Panthera Private Office.

Prior to his current role, which he’s held for over 8 years, Robin worked at a single family office and built out the operational and client reporting functions before moving on to co-found Panthera.

Aside from work, Robin has a young family which keeps him busy, plays golf and enjoys travel.

Simon is a co-founder of Panthera Finance and CEO and co-founder of Panthera Private Office.

Starting his own financial services practice at age 23, he spent 25 years developing partnerships with Citibank, Lincoln, and J. Rothschild Assurance, before selling to St. James’s Place in 2016. The skills and experiences he gained formed the core values for the creation of Panthera Private Office, which was co-founded with his wife Gina and brother-in-law Robin.

As a board member of Panthera Finance since its inception, Simon offers invaluable guidance in wealth management and finance.

When not being pestered by his children, Simon enjoys Tarantino movies and cooking feasts. Simon and his wife Gina regularly visit Nepal to oversee the activities of their children’s charity.
