With 9 years’ experience in financial services, Alice has extensive knowledge of the newbuild market and has worked closely with property developers from all over the UK.
She builds and nurtures strong relationships with clients, developers & lenders and this enables her to deal with a wide range of complex scenarios and to find homes for cases that would otherwise be hard to place.
As well as financing newbuild purchases, Alice specialises in finding mortgages for first time buyers & foreign nationals and in arranging buy-to-let mortgages for portfolio & professional landlords.
Outside of work, Alice is a keen painter and 70’s rock music fan. Prior to moving to London from Sheffield, she was a keen equestrian and sang in a band.
